"Library is the platform for self development, catalyst for imagination and the gateway of knowledge.”

In the overall development of a child, reading plays an important role. This is the exact idea behind the Jnana Prabodhini Library which has been an important part of our institution for last 45 years. The aim of our library is to promote free access to books so that students are encouraged to read as much as they can and even more. Students are given books to take home as well. Today, in this fast world, with so many distractions, students are drifting away from books and it can hamper their foundation. It’s a cause of great worry that reading is kept limited for gaining more marks and anything that is not directly connected to studies is generally ignored.

We understand the extremely vital role books can play in the building of a remarkable personality and we urge the parents to do the same. Students should be encouraged to see what a great companion books can be. And to make the journey easier our library will always support them with their every step.

Jnana Prabodhini Library with over 40,000 books, 3,000 reference books, 35 magazines and 7 daily newspapers is available mainly to the students.
