Jnana Prabodhini Prashala is a secondary school (Std. 5th to Std. 10th)
affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE). The admission procedure for the
5th standard generally starts in the month of February. Admissions
are given only through an entrance examination. Admissions in standard 6th to 10th are given if
seats are vacant and only through an entrance examination.
ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी प्रशाला ही केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळाशी संलग्न
माध्यमिक (इ. ५वी ते इ. १०वी) शाळा आहे. इयत्ता ५वीची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया साधारणत: फेब्रुवारी
महिन्यामध्ये सुरू होते. प्रवेश-चाचणी घेऊन प्रवेश दिला जातो. जागा उपलब्ध असल्यास
इयत्ता ६वी ते १०वीसाठीदेखील प्रवेश चाचणी घेऊनच प्रवेश दिला जातो.

According to the government resolution dated 21st January 2015 & 23rd January 2015 regarding 'The minimum age of Admission in school'
the minimum age required for admission in 5th Standard is 10 years on 31st December 2025. Date range for
admission in 5th standard for the academic year 2025-26 is from 31 July 2014 to 15th January 2016.

प्रवेशअर्ज प्रशालेच्या संकेतस्थळावर अथवा प्रशाला कार्यालयातून परीक्षेची तारीख जाहीर झाल्यानंतर मिळू शकतात
(वैधता: चालू शैक्षणिक वर्ष). प्रवेश चाचणीच्या दोन फेऱ्या असतात. पहिली फेरी साधारणतः फेब्रुवारी महिन्यातील एका रविवारी होते.
प्रवेश चाचणीची दुसरी फेरी साधारणतः मार्च महिन्यातील एका रविवारी होते. चाचणीच्या अंतिम तारखा या फेब्रुवारी महिन्याच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यामध्ये जाहीर केल्या जातात.

Admissions in standard 6th to 10th are given only if seats are vacant and
only through an entrance examination. Admission forms can be filled on the website anytime whenever vacancy is available. (validity: Current academic year) The entrance examination is generally held
on the second Sunday of May.
"The vacancies for current academic year will be declared in the first week of May of that academic year."

जागा उपलब्ध असल्यास इयत्ता ६वी ते १०वीसाठीदेखील प्रवेश चाचणी घेऊनच प्रवेश दिला
जातो. प्रवेशअर्ज प्रशालेच्या संकेतस्थळावर वर्षभरात केव्हाही भरता येतील (वैधता: चालू शैक्षणिक वर्ष) अथवा

आणि 23 जानेवारी 2015 च्या 'शाळेतील प्रवेशाचे किमान वय' यासंबंधीच्या शासन निर्णयानुसार 31 डिसेंबर 2025 रोजी 5वी
इयत्तेत प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी आवश्यक असलेले किमान वय 10 वर्षे आहे. शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2025-26 साठी पाचवीत प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी
अर्जदाराचा जन्मदिनांक ३१ जुलै २०१४ नंतरचा व १५ जानेवारी २०१६ पूर्वीचा असावा व अर्जदार इ.४थीमध्ये शिकणारा असावा.

Form submission
The admission process starts normally in the month of February. Application forms
can be collected from the school office or are also made available on the website.
Forms can be filled online and form fees can also be paid online.

Entrance Exam
The test consists of a battery of psychological tests. The test lasts for 3 hours.
All tests being psychological tests, there is no need for any preparation. The test
administrator gives instructions before starting the test. The child should appear
for
the test in a tension-free state of mind.

Result
On the basis of performance in the test, the final list of selected candidates is
declared.

Medium of instructions for the test and session
Students can choose Marathi or English medium for the test. Parents are requested to fill

दिनांक, वार, वेळ,
माध्यम व सत्र (सकाळसत्र – १, दुपारसत्र – २) आणि गट
क्रमांक (मराठी – १, इंग्रजी –२) हे प्रवेशपत्रावर छापलेले असतात. ते काळजीपूर्वक
